Yes I am still alive

I dont know why I havent posted a new blog in so long. Other than Being really busy. I am working alot and with wayne out of town. It is up to me to do everything around the house and with the kids. I have to make sure they get their home work plus much more. lol.  Im not complaining. i know wayne has to do this for us. Its just our lot right now so to speak. I am thankful for a hard working husband. He rocks.
   So what has been going on the last week or so? For me work. Makayla fell in the gym this week. She has a bad bad bruise on her chin and cheek. Plus her wrist was bruised so I took her in to make sure nothing was broke. Thank God everything was ok. But hte very next day she was playing outside right at dusk and was running and ran into a yard chair. A metal yard chair.She now has a bruise on her thigh. Poor girl. she has a had a tough week. 
  I had the pleasure to work in Jacobs class this week. I was a para for a little girl that is in a wheel chair. She is in jacobs class. That was a fun day. It was fun to sit and watch how Jacob interacts with his peers. He is a bright child.  He has an awesome teacher too. She knows how to teach.
  Thomas. Well what can i say about him? He is still going through a few hard stages in his life. One minute he is happy and the next mad or crying. I dont know from minute to minute what mood he is going to be in and his teachers have even mentioned it to me. I just pray its a 14 yar old hormonal phase. I miss my jolly kid. I pray he hurrys up and walks through this stronger.
   Wayne got rained out yesterday and got to come home and spend the night at home. That was a pleasant suprise for us all. He will be back home tonight when he gets off work .He goes back to work Monday morning.
  Im doing ok. Kinda been ina Funk lately. I will get out of it I usually do. :) Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Work work and more work

I have been working a lot this week. Hence the lack of blog post. Monday was a no school day. But I have worked every other day this week adn I work tomorrow. The afternoons and nights are usually busy with homework ,Church, or othr extra curricular activities. I'm tired tonight. Absolutley beat. I havent been home long either. Today after work I had to take Makayla to the dr to have her asthma breathing test done. She failed.They upped her meds.  She goes for another check up in 2 months.  After that I had to go get groceries. I let the kids put them up. By this point I just didnt care if my Tampax got put in the freezer or my lunch meat in the cabinet.( I need to go check on that lol) I am just beat. After that it was a trip to my moms(one mile up the road) she cooked supper. Then a trip back to town to pick waynes check up. A friend brought it in for me. Wayne is off working a few hours away. So I am thankful that he did this for me. I havent been home 30 minutes ant its almost 9 at night. I havent had a bath. I havent  got to take my shoes off. I havent had a diet coke..... I am sitting here watching Survivor with my kids.(I DVRED IT) I just want to go to bed and sleep ..But I gotta work tomorrow, Then go to Monroe to put wanyes check in the bank..... IT NEVER ENDS!!!!!! I need a calgon  moment!!!!

Ode to Skippy

Skippy is our Dog. We got him for "Makayla" a few years ago as a puppy for Christmas .But As you can tell he is "OURS"

Anyways the last few days He has not been himself. Snippy at the kids. nipping and even biting them. That is not our dogs normal behavior. So I knew something was wrong. Then I noticed blood when he was walkign around. I looked at his paws adn he had  pilled a toenail completely off and another was was cracked to the bed of his toe.

So I took him to the Vet and gthey hazd to Sedate him and remove the other nail and put a little cast on his paw. As you can see in his eyes he is drugged up pretty good. He has slept most of the day and mostly in my arms. He is not in pain now as he has pain meds :)

He should be fine ina few days.:) I ove my Skippy Jon JONES!!!!

Moms and dads if you have never ready skippy jon jones books to your kids go get em adn read them to them:)

Let it SNOW Let it SNOW Let it SNOW!!!!!!!!!

Ok we never get snow in Louisiana. So when we do. Schools close down, Things get canceled, and we play outside in the middle of the night.
So  we go over th the neighbors. I got the best neighbors in the world, They have kids our age. they play together all the time when the weather permits outside. Summers are so much fun. They neighbors were buildign a snowman so we decided to join in on the fun.

This Ladies and gentlemen is a true Bonafide cajun snowman. With pine needles and all. lol

I think they had to get all the snow out of their yard to make it lol. just kidding. It is still snowing out right now....

The above picture was earlier today when it first started snowing. Thomas was gearing up for our snowball fight. lol He had a stock pile... NO FAIR!!!!

Big Daddy even got in on the fun. He later told me he took to ibuprofin before he went out side to ease off the soreness that would come from playing outside with the kids hahaha.

He Loves me YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!!!

And I love him. I think he puts up with a lot sometimes. Yet he is still here with me. I love him so much. He means the world to me. He works so hard for us. It doesnt go unnoticed. He is my best friend. and my love dare. He is my sweet heart.

I am grateful that he puts up with all my monthly hormones that surge and sometimes I can't control.

Yes living in Louisiana you can't help but be a Saints fan.
My kids are all decked out today in saints gear For saints day at school. WE have watched the games together this season and they are so excited about the game Sunday.

Thomas looks like a young man now in this.. I am so proud of the man he is becoming.

My beautiful little girl.. She will break a few hearts. I think she has already :) lol

My youngest Jacob. What can I say about him? He is a big boy. Trying his hardest to keep up with his older brother. He looks up to Thomas. :) I am so proud of each of my kids.

I have the best kids in the world.

Sunday We will have a party at church after the morning services. then we will go to my moms to have a private one while we Watch the game. WE are looking forward to seeing the Saints Rock it all in Miami and Tame the colts. GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!

I'm done I tell ya!!!! Seriously.... I  can't take much more. The last 2 days have just about been more than this ole woman can take. But Please Lord. You don't have to prove I can take more.
    Yesterday Started off fine. I got called into work to sub. I had 3rd grade. All was fine. Then Jacob came over to my class complaining that he did not feel well. That his stomach was hurting. I sent him back to class and told him to come back over if he didnt feel well.  30 minutes later he was back. I had to leave work. Take him to the dr.  We got that behind us. ( I will spare you the details He was constipated). On my way home I call home to check on the older two and tell them we are on our way home from DR. my Girl gets on the phone and starts telling me this tall tell about having to help this boy at her school with a Social studies project. Something just doesnt sound right and when i get home i grill her and find out She lied and really didnt have to but wanted to. She is now NOT  going to do one. We start getting home work and thats just insane here. Kids grip and grumble. they work all day at school why do they have to do it at home Seriously ? But we mull through it. Get it done and move on to supper. Things just have to get better. We all have just had a rough day. Then its bath and getting ready for bed.  Jake and Thomas start fighting. Jacob grabs a bat and strts POKINg thomas with it. Thomas grabs the bat and starts pulling it away from him. Jacob lets loose and it smacks Thomas right in the nose. After a trip to my moms and a ressurance that we will all survive i load the kids up and come back home and put them all in bed and tell them all they can do is breath lol. I too go to bed. This day has been just too much.... OR SO I THOUGHT IT couldnt get worse............
    TODAY I get called into work. I manage to make it Even though I am tired. I get home and something just nudges me into checking my bank statement online. I mean I never do that. (well I do on paydays ya know) and WE are over drawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn OMg How can this happen? I have never been over drawn.. So I search and low and behold my mortage company had with drew funds with out our permission. I of course call them And after 2 hours on the phone with me screaming Crying begging and pleading. They are refunding the money they with drew in 7 days @@ and after I  Mail them proof that i was charged over draft fees they will pay those since it was their fault. @@ Thanks but that doesnt help my situation now. @@  And now in the last hour before bed time Jacob has now come to me telling me his tummy hurts. OMG i have given him some Myralax to see if it helps him by tomorrow cause I gotta work...... LIKE I SAID STICK A FORK IN ME IM DONEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats for Dinner ?

Well, here its chili. Made with deer burger and Deer sausage. this is yet another item i cook wayne doesnt like. BUT I LOVE. And after a nasty wet cold rainy day like today well this just hits the spot. Wayne better be glad he isnt here lol. I bet if he was he would eat my chili though.
